This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up on 25.11.2024, this Court has modified the condition 6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25641 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 and directed the petitioner to appear before the NDPS Court concerned on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, since the trial Court is not functioning in all Saturdays, the condition is modified and it shall be read as under :- "the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders."

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order.
