This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23630 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram, on every working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions even a day.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
