When the matter was listed on 13.6.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.6.2019. Again when the matter has been listed for the second time today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the petition. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the transfer civil miscellaneous petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.930 of 2017 is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, C.M.P.No.18741 of 2017 is also dismissed.
