No.60937/A1/E1/2017, dated 28.8.2017 and to quash the same in so far as the name of the 4th respondent is concerned and to consequently direct the respondents to finalise the seniority of the petitioners in the post of B.T. Assistant and High School Headmaster on assigning of TRB Rank Number with consequential promotion to the post of District Educational Officer with all attendant and other service benefits.

ORDER

The order dated 28.08.2017, sending the list of Head Masters for administrative training is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The petitioners state that they are fully qualified for promotion to the post of District Educational Officer. The list of eligible Head Masters for promotion to the post of District Educational Officer were sent for administrative training through vide order dated 28.08.2017. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the training period had already completed and the trained Head Masters were promoted as per their 3/6

eligibility and after publication of the panel for promotion. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the petitioners were also promoted to the post of District Educational Officer. If at all, any grievances exist regarding the fixation of seniority, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their grievances before the competent authority. 5.With this liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
