This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22502 of 2024 on 13.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22502 of 2024 on 13.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
