When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by the Court, in W.P.No.15852 of 2020, dated 18.04.2022, order has been passed by the respondent / District Educational Officer,Dharapuram, thereby, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, vide proceedings, dated 27.07.2023 and therefore, the order has been complied with. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, dated 27.07.2023, if she is aggrieved before appropriate forum and work out her remedy in the manner known to law 18.08.2023 sd D.Krishnakumar,J.
