ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner as per the expenditure certificate issued by the college.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that since the petitioner has completed his degree without obtaining educational loan, they are not showing any interest to pursue this writ petition.

4.In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous, without any submissions from the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
