The petition has been filed to implead the successful bidder to whom the tender had been awarded. Any order passed in the writ petition can be passed only in the presence of the said proposed respondent. In view of that particular fact, the petition stands allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment in the cause tile impleading the reflecting the proposed respondent as 2nd respondent in the writ petition.

2.Issue notice to the newly impleaded 2nd respondent through Court and also privately returnable by 09.12.2024.
