PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 26.08.2025 and consequently take appropriate legal action against the goondas, posing as advocates, who have unlawfully assembled in front of M/s.Feathers Wellness Centre above said address and ensure to safeguard petitioner's legal rights.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2025 and consequently take appropriate legal action against the goondas, posing as advocates, who have unlawfully assembled in front of M/s.Feathers Wellness Centre and ensure to safeguard petitioner's legal rights.
2. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner had taken the premises on rent from the third respondent and she is running Spa/Wellness Centre in the premises. It is her further case that and she is in lawful possession of the premises by paying rent regularly. While so, when the petitioner was away, more than ten persons including Mr.Suresh and others posing as advocates trespassed into the property, threatened the staff and affixed a false name board in the premises, claiming right over the property. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation dated 26.08.2025 to the first and second respondents to consider the representation and to take legal action against the trespassers. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. In the previous hearing on 10.09.2025, as the photographs annexed clearly indicated that some persons, who were wearing white shirts, were sitting outside the petitioner's campus and according to the petitioner they are advocates, this Court directed the respondent police to take action against the persons who were assembled outside the campus in accordance with law and report the same before this Court on 06.09.2025. Pursuant to the Order of this
Court dated 10.09.2025, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that they had registered the First Information Report for the alleged occurrence against 10 unknown lawyers and their identity will be established and proceeded as per law.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he will give the names of the parties who were present at the time of occurrence to the police.
5. As the police had already registered the First Information Report, let the investigation be completed and reach its logical end and file a final report against all the persons who have trespassed into the premises.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 06-10-2025
