O R D E R
The petitioners herein were arrested on 10.08.2025, in connection with in Crime No.335 of 2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 74, 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS and r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that based on the complaint lodged by one Vasuki, a fisherwoman, it is alleged that while she was proceeding to her shop, the petitioners waylaid her and robbed a sum of Rs.500/- at knife point. Hence, the case.
3.The earlier petitions seeking bail were dismissed by this Court on 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.23518 and 23522 of 2025 on the ground that the petitioners are notorious criminals and the investigation is at nascent stage. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no change in circumstance in this case.

4.In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
