When it is pointed out that the same relief sought by the Petitioner has already been rejected by this Court in the order dated 21.12.2018 in W.P. No. 6223 of 2017 passed by this Court and the Petitioner cannot re-agitate by way of filing fresh Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same and instead, prefer appeal against the order passed in the earlier Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
