(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) As none of the grounds are such that this Court should entertain the petition on merits without insisting on exhaustion of alternate remedy to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, against the measures taken by the bank under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.37809 of 2025 is closed.
