This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment rendered by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal in Spl.C.C.28/2018 dated 07.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
