This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the revision petition.

2.Mr.K.P.Ashok, learned counsel for the sole respondent submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and thereby, the delay of 5 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.
