C.M.P.No.22462 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the above second appeal caused by the death of the 1st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021).

2. C.M.P.No.22472 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement of the above second appeal caused by the death of the 1st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021).

3. C.M.P.No.22474 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 6 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, namely Abdul Ghani, in the above Second Appeal (S.A.No.472 of 2021) and rank them as respondents 3 to 6.

4. Mr.M.Tamil Thendral Arasu, learned counsel for the appellants, is before this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

6. This Court has perused the case file.

7. Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, this Court is inclined to order notice to the respondents No.1 to 5 in these petitions.

8. Hence, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents No.1 to 5, returnable in six weeks. The appellants are permitted to take private notice through RPAD also.

9. The appellants shall file proper Batta memo for respondents No.1 to 5, within 5 working days from today.

10. List the Second Appeal after six weeks.
