The learned counsel for the respondents 2, 3 and 5 submitted that she already filed vakalat for 4th respondent also. Nevertheless, the 4th respondent is served and her name appears in the cause list.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the CMP's are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. List the second appeal for hearing after two weeks.
