This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 21.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.18314 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, monthly once, ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
