ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to the costs.
