This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for further period of four weeks to comply the conditional order dated 04.10.2024 made in CMP No.22144 of 2024 in W.A.No.2965 of 2024 for payment of Rs.6,50,00,000/-. When the matter was listed on 04.10.2024, learned counsel for the appellant has made a submission before this court that the appellant was ready to pay a sum of Rs.6,50,00,000/- within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant seeks further four weeks time to pay the said amount, viz., to pay Rs.3,00,00,000/- within two weeks time; and to pay the remaining amount of Rs.3,50,00,000/- within two weeks thereafter. Considering the above request, we inclined to extend the time to comply the said order. Accordingly, the appellant is directed to pay Rs.3,00,00,000/- within two weeks from today and the remaining amount of Rs.3,50,00,000/- within two weeks thereafter to the respondent concerned. Till such time, the interim order already granted by this court is extended.
