This application is filed to implead the respondents 7 and 8 as the defendants 7 and 8 in C.S.No.358 of 2016.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff and the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the suit is laid for specific performance and the proposed parties are subsequent purchasers. Consequently, he submits that the said persons are required to be impleaded.

4. The learned counsel for the defendants has no objection if this the application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the respondents 7 and 8 are impleaded as the defendant 7 and 8 in C.S.No.358 of 2016.
