ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision petition to set aside the Order dated 19.05.2025 in M.C.No.288 of 2019 passed by the learned III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner /husband submitted that he is ready to pay Rs.55,000/- and if the arrears of Rs.5,000/- not insisted upon towards the balance part arrears, and he is prepared to pay Rs.60,000/- per month as maintenance.

3. Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to put an end to the present issue. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- as monthly maintenance to the respondents. The respondents are also instructed not to insist on the arrears arising out of the past arrears amount of Rs.5,000/- from the year 2019.

4. The petitioner shall pay Rs.60,000/- as monthly maintenance from this month onwards (i.e.,November 2025) without payment of any arrears.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27-11-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rri
