2. The learned Additional Advocate General instructed by Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO on instructions would submit that in an identical case, the Board had moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No. 21274 of 2025 and by an order dated 08.08.2025, an interim order was passed keeping in abeyance the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A. No. 2875 of 2024. That order of stay would also accrue to this contempt petition.

3. In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to take appropriate steps whenever the cause arises. The memo filed on behalf of the respondents is taken on file. No costs.
