2. Pending the Writ Petitions, the respondents have conducted physical endurance test, as well as the height re-measurement, in which, the petitioners were declared as disqualified after the height remeasurement test. 3/6

3. Thus, when the petitioners have not qualified for further selection process, considering their candidature for appointment is not feasible.
