This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No.233 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Alandur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent filed HMOP No.233 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur, for restitution of conjugal rights. Now the petitioner living in chennai with her brother without any source of income.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP No.233 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of and the HMOP No.233 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. Further the Family Court, Tiruvallur, is directed to transfer the records in connection with HMOP No.233 of 2022, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram , within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
