C.M.P.No.249 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant in the above Second Appeal. C.M.P.No.252 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 7 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant as appellants 3 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. The petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

3. It is informed that the parties have compromised the matter. For filing the compromise memo and appearance of the parties, post the matter on 12.01.2023.
