ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 21421 of 2025 by an order dated 05.08.2025. 1/4

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as non-refundable deposit into the credit of Advocates Clerks Association, Ponneri. He would submit that since he is not able to arrange amount within the time limit as fixed by this court. Hence, he has filed this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of two weeks for depositing the amount of Rs.10,000/- as non-refundable deposit into the credit of Advocates Clerks Association, Ponneri in Crl. O.P.No. 21421 of 2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
