It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appeal filed by the respondents 1 to 7 in CMA No.1451 of 2023, seeking for enhancement was allowed by this Court by an order dated 13.09.2023. A copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

In view of the above, nothing may survive in this appeal for consideration and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is closed.
