Nal.Manu 22,23/98, dated 23.04.1998 passed against the third respondent within a time limit. 1/4

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2019 requesting to remove the compound wall to have easy access to his property.

2. On instructions, learned standing counsel for the third respondent, would submit that on receipt of the said representation from the petitioner, now, the third respondent removed the compound wall to the length of 10 feet so as to have easy ingress and egress to his property. However, according to the petitioner, the remaining portion of the compound wall is still subsisting.

3. Since the petitioner is having access to his property in view of removal of compound wall to an extent of 10 feet, the prayer sought for by him to pass orders on his representation dated 25.09.2019 requesting 2/4

to remove entire compound wall cannot be entertained. Accordingly, by recording the submission of the learned standing counsel for the third respondent, the writ petition is closed. No Costs. 22.08.2024 rkm To 1.The District Collector, Kanchipuram District.
