This petition has been filed seeking to order substituted service of publication in anyone of the newspaper circulated in the first respondent residential address at Burn & Co., Colony, Salem District - 1 in the above appeal C.M.A.No.1818 of 2019.

2.Appellant is permitted to effect service through paper publication in one issue of any leading Vernacular Newspaper which have wide circulation in the vicinity on or before 28.11.2023.

3.Post the matter on 04.12.2023 for filing affidavit of service.
