ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition that (i) the petitioner shall deposit the entire cheque amount i.e. Rs.7,80,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Eighty Thusand only, After deducting the amount which has been already deposited by the petitioner, if any, to the credit of the STC.No.37 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial magistrate Thiruvottiyur,Within a period of four weeks from today. Failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, imposed in Crl.MP.No.15211 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1347/2025 dated 08.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to settle the issue and requested to refer this matter for mediation.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent raised objection stating that as on date the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court, in order to drag on the proceedings the petitioner filed the present petition for modification.

4. Considering the submissions on either side, before going to the mediation the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs3 lakhs to the credit of STC.No. 37 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial magistrate Thiruvottiyur,Within a period of four weeks from today. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.MP.No.15211 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1347/2025 is modified and this petition is ordered. Post the matter on 28.10.2025.
