The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus forbearing the Respondents 1 to 3 from allowing the fourth respondent to run the school at Ramachandra Nagar, Edamalaipatti Pudur, Trichy-12 and admitting students, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permission and recognition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, recognition by the third respondent had been issued to the fourth respondent school.

3.In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
