The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of the appointment dated 17.09.2003 in respect of Amachur Potharaja Thirukovil, Thiruvannamalai District, on the ground that the respondent/the Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board, Thiruvannamalai passed an impugned order dated 17.09.2003, without jurisdiction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is made clear that the said order is in the year 2003. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that since the case is pending more than 15 years, the subsequent Thakkar was appointed in the place of the petitioner and hence there is nothing survives in this writ petition.
