This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent G3, Kilpauk Police Station, Chennai on every Saturday for the period of 8 weeks at 10.30 am in Crl.OP.No.19991 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of eight weeks. He would further submit that final report has been filed before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19991 of 2024 on 19.08.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Metropolitan Magistrate II, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
