ORDER

1. All the above applications are filed by learned AG&OT of Tamil Nadu [a]to direct the 3rd respondent / School to pay the rental arrears of Rs.8,18,46,650/- from 01.02.2021 to 30.11.2022 ; [b] to direct the 3rd respondent to quit and deliver vacant possession of the property in which MBN Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Chromepet, is located and [c]to permit the applicant/AG&OT to take over the vacant possession of the property through police force if the 3rd respondent fails to hand over possession within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned AG&OT has filed a report indicting the circumstances under which these applications are filed. Learned AG&OT has given a calcuation to fix fair rent at Rs.14,47,575/- with effect from 01.02.2021. Since demand for payment of damages at that rate was not paid, learned AG&OT has taken out the above applications. Now

it is reported that the 3rd respondent has agreed to pay the fair rent as calculated and fixed by the learned AG&OT as per the Memo of Calculation found in the report. It is further represented that the 3rd respondent has paid the entire arrears up to date calculating at the fair rent fixed by learned AG&OT.

3. Recording these facts, all the three applications are closed. Learned AG&OT is permitted to enter into fresh Lease Agreement with 3rd respondent if necessary after following due process of law. 13-02-2025 AP Internet: Yes To
