This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.627 of 2010. (Man Missing) 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the man missing FIR is pending before the 2nd respondent police. 4.The 2nd respondent police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [Crl.O.P.No.(MD) 19255 of 2016 dated 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.
