From the typed set of papers, it appears that the chief examination of DW1 commenced on 16.02.2017 and due to intervening the appeals in O.S.A.No.261 and 268 of 2019, further proceedings of cross examination of DW1 has stopped. Now, the appeals in O.S.A.No.261 and 268 of 2019 have been dismissed. There is no impediment for

continuation of examining the witnesses. Hence, this application is allowed.
