O R D E R

Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2022 in view of G.O.(Ms)No.201 dated 10.05.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's representation has been considered and the same has been rejected. In such view of the matter nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. It is well open to the petitioner to challenged the rejection order, if so adviced.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
