Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No. 15327 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 20833 of 2024 by order dated 05.11.2024 in para no.4 that the petitioners shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER
The condition imposed by the Court while granting bail on 05.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 15327 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 20833 of 2024 is sought to be relaxed.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 15327 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 20833 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is hereby relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore once in two months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, instead 2/4
