This is the fourth application for suspension of sentence. The third bail application was withdrawn by the petitioner on 16.07.2024. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

2. However, since the petitioner is in custody from 02.09.2022, the Registry is directed to get the typed set of papers ready and list the case for final hearing during the second week of January 2025.

4. Post the appeal for final hearing during second week of January 2025.
