ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 32217 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 08.04.2025 to 22.04.2025 and thereafter from 24.04.2025 to till date and final report was filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.32217 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025 is relaxed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
