Today, the matter was listed under the caption " For Reporting Compliance".

2. It is seen that, this Court by an order dated 08.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24353 of 2025 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- into the credit of Crime No.37 of 2025 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount on filing undertaking affidavit and on production of proper identification and acknowledgement.

3. Today, it is reported that, so far no amount has been deposited by the petitioner. Therefore, this Court hereby cancels the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24353 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025. The respondent police is at liberty to arrest the petitioner. 04.11.2025 sma 2/4
