PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri for speedy disposal of the case within stipulated time fixed by this Court in C.C.No.210 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri.

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri to dispose of the case in C.C.No.210 of 2014, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.210 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
