This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.21844 of 2023 order dated 22.09.2023 in Crime No.174 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
