Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in proceedings No.IR1/20688/99/S dated 12.5.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to place the Special Mechanics at Group 8 in the revised pay scale on par with the Supervisor Grade II in the scale of pay of Rs.5000-150-5450-20010850 with effect from 1.1.1997 with all monetary and other attendant benefits.
