By order dated 15.07.2020, letters of administration were granted to the petitioner in respect of 2/3rd of the estate of the testator. By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to execute the security bond. The respondent was heard in course of the grant of the succession certificate and did not object thereto.

2. Upon examining the reason set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for executing the security bond is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
