2. Heard the learned counsels on the both sides and perused the records.

3. It is informed by Mr. B.Vijay, Additional Government Pleader, that the enquiry by the Registrar (Societies) is underway. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed. Therefore, directions are issued to the Registrar (Societies), to complete the enquiry, within a period of 4 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report to the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
