This petition has been filed to extend the time for the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.O.P.No.23662 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 04.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
