The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1374 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent Mr.R.M.Sundaram in the above first Appeal in A.S.No.122 of 2017.

2. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the delay of 1374 days is condoned.
