Crl.M.P.No.15550 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20888 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J ., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20888 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, on every working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in Spl.S.C.No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, and the case shall stand posted on 13.11.2024 for arguments.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20888 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri on 28.11.2024 and thereafter, on the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
