Kanniappan, who appeared as PW-1 in this case and who is residing at No.54/C-26, Venkatraman Road, Periyar Nagar, Chennai - 600082, within the jurisdiction of this Court, calling upon him to appear before this Court for the completion of his cross-examination in the above C.S. No. 837 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the first and fifth respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to issue summons to Mr.K.Shanmugam, S/o. Kanniappan, is residing at No.54/C-26, Venkatraman Road, Periyar Nagar, Chennai - 600082 returnable by 14.10.2025.

5. Registry is also directed to list the matter before the Additional Master No.I for recording of further evidence on 14.10.2025. 19.09.2025 Maya
